Why am I unemployable?
I graduated in August of 2015 and have been looking for a job since then. I've heard all the shit about getting experience and all that fucking nonsense which is why I was a working student for two and a half years as a student manager and did a bunch of HR shit, anything you could feasibly call HR is something I've done. I joined one of those organizations with executives and businessmen and shit. None of them work in places that are hiring or have opening I'm qualified to do.
I'm not an idiot, and I've been applying to entry/associate level positions that require 1-3 years of experience, stuff like recruiting, HR generalists, admin and clerical positions.
I have a LinkedIn and I apply to jobs all the time. I have written 6 or so cover letter templates that I add and remove from whenever I apply to something. Recently I've started trying to add all the job posters i can find on LinkedIn or calling them to follow up since I've only ever had one e-mail returned and it was a rejection.
I will concede my grades were mediocre, but I haven't been asked for my grades ever.
I went to several temp agencies and none of them have ever found a role for me.
The only interviews i've been invited to are for marketing positions (i.e. go door-to-door and peddle this shit, and it's 100% commission so we won't guarantee a wage) and to sit with headhunters for the temp positions they can't, won't or don't place me in.

Like I said, I'm applying to entry/associate level positions in HR and Office Support roles. I don't know if I'm doing myself a disservice by putting my ethnicity (Black) down or not. I've been doing so thinking I'd be a good diversity hire but I don't know anymore.
Ultimately I want to be able to afford graduate school, I majored in linguistics wanting to go into Forensics but I'm not married to the idea and it seems less and less feasible the longer I go unemployed.

Im 18 and out of highschool, trying to find a job,and live alone. I have no friends. Not a single person who cares, and I'd say 9 out of 10 days I don't even use my voice, no one is there to hear it. I've gone up to a week without seeing a single person, and even then it's only to get groceries. What do you any of you do if you can relate? What do you do when you're complelty alone in life?

I need to study, I have 6.6 hours of lecture videos + over 100 pages of reading to get done by Monday afternoon and I just can't fucking do it. I can't fucking concentrate. I'll get 15 minutes into a video and then compulsively click back over to 4chan or fire up an emulator.

This will help. Put the links to the videos you need to watch in the allowed section and then block everything else on YouTube, and use a firewall to block your emulators. The real issue is you yourself need to start doing your work on your own. You really against have even come here to ask for advice, you know what you need to do. You're just subconsciously creating excuses for waiting to do your work.
Never understood why people are so angry about abandoning friends. I mean, I feel that I don't fit in their tightly knit company anymore, so why should I pretend it to be fun?
Am I a dick after years of having self-esteem and trust issues, because of such treatment?
Nothing will change in my life or theirs, I can see it.

I abandoned them all and made room for people who I actually enjoyed, though they were really really hard to find.
I've only had "real" friends for the past 3 years (I'm 23 years old). It came from wading through a bunch of shitty people and learning to avoid backstabbers, drama queens, and other selfish peeps.
Being around good friends has also helped me learn to be more trusting and generous myself.
Thats just my experience though. I only keep in contact with about 2 people from high school. The only other cool one died.

When I ask middle-aged people, they reply pretty similar, so school friendships probably suck more often than not.
Dunno, my parents shared opinions on my classmates since the very beginning, and I started to see some patterns in behaviour. It left me biased and emotionally distant, but I don't really regret it. Every teacher claimed they've never seen such children before.
Luckily, now I have some people, who want me around, and I want to talk to them too. And I found them in a totally random situation. Quite scary to think I could've missed them.
Sadly, some people don't like me, because I don't want/didn't want to be friends with X.
One of them was my love interest, who had this thing about close eternal friendships, and (supposingly) a strong fear of loneliness.
Can't really understand why such people are treated as more kind and virtuous now.

To keep it short, was a player fuck boy fag, but then I fell in love with a 10/10. Great personality for me, this is what makes her a 10 besides her sexy Latina body.
Sadly she's not interested in dating, we're just friends. Not only that, she insists she's not that crazy about sex. While this is a huge dissapountment, I'm still determined to date her. She has moved away, in the same state but far enough to be a problem.
While advice on getting her would be appreciated, the main problem is I find myself no longer able to pull bitches. I can start up the conversation, give out a few signals and get them interested and what not. Then halfway through I get the thought that this is just gonna lead to a quick meaningless fuck, which is hot in itself lout the thought of not being able to be with girl I actually love kills my mood for it.
Can't enjoy myself to the fullest now, when a girl is really aggressive I'll fuck it and dump it, liquor works but I'd rather not become an alcoholic.

I'm sorry if I sound like a whiny bitch in the post, but, I'm feeling really bad right now. I really don't understand how to make or maintain friendships. I play a bunch of online games, such as CS and Dota 2. I have around 4,000 hours in them and I've came in contact with a lot of people I share the same interests with and get along with, a lot of the time. I've made friends with a lot of them and I don't know why but I just have periods where I feel like everyone hates me and remove a lot of friends. I try to talk to people about their interests and generally don't message when they're obviously busy or giving 1 word replies, etc. Lately I've been cutting off contacts with a lot of people and I'm not sure what's causing me to do this. I usually think that I don't really need friends or whatever but lately I haven't been talking to anyone and it's starting to fucking kill me, I really want to have friends to talk to but my personality just doesn't let me. I guess I'm posting on this to ask how to make & maintain friendships, because for me it seems impossible.

Keep your phone and wallet in the front pockets of your trousers. Only carry a bag if you absolutley have to, and keep it where you can see it at *all* times (protip: that means not on your back). Make sure the straps of any bag you use are sturdy and can't be easily cut.
The cardinal rule - if someone stops you in the street you're a couple of seconds away from loosing your gear. Doesn't matter what it's for - selling you flowers, asking for help with something, even telling you they've just been robbed - it's a distraction so you don't notice the other person lifting your things. When, not if, but when it happens turn around QUICKLY (because the person taking your stuff is behind you) and walk away. It feels really rude to do it, but it also feels pretty bad to realise that someone else has all your cash, your credit cards and the keys to your hotel and hire car.
