How can I fixed my fucked up voice?
I'm carrying this problem with me for years now.
When I speak normally my voice is too weak and too low, I often need to repeat myself and if there's a low-pitched background noise like a truck passing by, it melts with my voice and it's as if I didn't say anything.
And it also lacks of intonation, which isn't a big problem in my mother tongue, but just makes me look like a lazy person.
All of this combined creates serious problems in my interactions with other people and often makes me look like a slow/stupid person.
Do you know how I can improve my speaking skills? Even just tell me where to look?

I live in the USA and started a new job last week at a convenience store. My boss is rounding our hours. If I show up 10 minutes to 5 am to open the store, my hours are written as 5 am. If the girl showing up at 2:00 pm is late and i don't leave till 2:15, my hours get written as 2 pm. Twice this has worked in my favor, once because I needed to catch a bus and my supervisor on duty let me leave 5 minutes early, and once when I had nothing to do for my closing duties and the supervisor on duty let me leave 10 minutes early.
I'm certain this is illegal. The owner has 6 convenience stores and I know for a fact he does this at my store and the one across town where I was trained. He probably does it at all of them. Who do I talk to to report this?
I'm not even going to bother talking to my supervisor first or the east Indian dipshit that owns this place, anyone that steals from his employees this way doesn't deserve any warning that I'm reporting his ass to whatever authorities will put a stop to this shit.

Not uncommon and well within the law. Many companies have it formally posted or in the handbook or someplace that "Up to X minutes will be treated as a quarter of an hour" or the like.
As long as it works both ways - that overtime is rounded by the same formula as missed time - you have no complaint.

So I've been dating this girl for around 3 years now and I still care about her but I don't really know if I like love her. But I do, its complicated. Like I want her to succeed and have a good life I just don't know if I want to be a part of it. I tried to talk to her today about some of my feelings but I couldn't get the words out that I wanted.
I know she is still in love with me so i really don't want to hurt her but I'm to afraid to let her go.
is there anyway that any of you think I can fix this or should I just except that we're going to break up?

Contrary to what the first anon said, I believe what you're experiencing is normal in long term relationships. At 3 years you've likely passed the honeymoon phase and you're going through a transition period. Your partner's flaws become glaringly obvious, things you once admired might even be annoying now. Grass is looking greener on the other side.
It's all very normal and happens in nearly all relationships. To decide whether you want to push through this phase or not, I suggest making a pro/con list regarding your gf. Really reflect on your relationship and how it makes you feel. If you break up with someone in an otherwise happy relationship out of boredom, you'll almost definitely regret it. Happy and comfortable relationships are a rarity unfortunately. Just take a look at 80% of the threads on here.
About having things in common: you both have to make a solid effort to do things together. Interests fluctuate like mad over time. You can't predict where your life will be and what you'll like in 5 years. Finding shared hobbies will make things immensely more enjoyable for both of you.

Do I have a right to be upset? My boyfriend started a really fucking petty argument today which led to us having a fight and spending the night both playing on our own games instead of climbing the ranks together as we planned beforehand. I don't have any friends who play the game, while he does. so Now I spent all night long playing by myself while he is playing the game with his friend. After about an hour I was just over the fighting and while we didn't "talk" about it, I made some food for the both of us and made him a coffee when I got one for myself. After around 5 hours of him having fun with his friend, and me just sitting by myself, he takes a break and kind of sheepishly says ooh wasn't a big deal but I'm sorry. Then he proceeds to play with his friend.
This shit pissed me off so much right now and kind of makes me so resentful how he doesn't seem to give a shit that HE was the cause of the argument and made my evening shit, while he continued to have a great time with someone else. Right/wrong? Give me your advice please...

Railroad work will preclude you from having a normal family/social life as you will be expected to be able to work away from home any day of the year. The upside is that you can quit if it sucks, and I hear the pay is great.
The navy probably offers more in terms of variety of career paths, but it's also the military and the shittiest thing about the military is that once you sign up you're their property and you don't get any rights, even if your CO is a fucking moron you have to follow orders etc. the benefits are p good though
I guess you have to decide which type of commitment is more your style of suck.

Sounds like your lying has you in quite a predicament OP.
I have a great solution, you can't fake the fact you've never kissed anybody unless the other person has very little experience, and it can't be learned without practice. So what you should do is find a hooker who will kiss you and practice on her first. Alternatively find somebody who will let you practice on them.

so this is going to be a long one.

I recently applied to a selective position in a company. I expect the number of applicants to be low because the type of work was unorthodox for the qualification they're asking (life science grad, project coordinator for clients).
I made a number of mistakes in the application: double listed one of my skills, didn't include the country code for my phone number. I more or less know my mistakes but I would like to apply for them in the future, in case there's another opening.
I've already talked to the hiring guy when I inquired as to whether or not the position was still open (ad was already up for a month with no takers).
Would it be smart to inquire with him my mistakes in the application, to note for future reference or will they get annoyed?
