Of what? How much fuel you can waste?
>>17305756
How much smoke you can push out, or how badly you can trigger hippies before they start physically attacking you.
>SEE'S
obviously its not a statement about intelligence
Driving an automatic should make you self conscious & feel you with great shame.
I think GT-R owners and Porsche Turbo owners totally feel the same way and cry every night how they can't drive stick
Wow great thread OP
>>17305591
This would make a bitchin sticker
Also I'm looking for something fun to hoon around in while I learn stick and isn't too expensive, been leaning towards an old Honda or a new edge mustang so I have the ability to skid
My buddy just bought an automatic Miata with 90,000 miles on it for $12k at 20% interest.
Help me roast him, /o/
>20% interest
does he know what interest is?
is he black?
Break his kneecaps, that's the best kind of roast for this kind of mouthbreather,
well, at least it isn't like it's gonna break down before he pays it off, the fucking moron.

Why do people say that you can accidentally loop yourself with a 600? This is the biggest load of baloney I have heard in years. I do have an older 600 with only 100 to the wheel but the only chance this bike ever has at anything resembling a wheelie is cracking it wide open in first after loading the suspension and swinging your weight back.
Sorry sweetie, but you wont loop yourself on a 600.
fuckin redditors man
they are the worst
>>17305274
The reason it's not recommended to start on a 600 is because you'll likely end up like that that yammienoob fag and delet your bike into a Porsche.
>>17305274
You need to be experience to do this. Too many n00bs attempt a loop with a 600 and fail.
I'm going to be making a 3,500 mile drive here in about 2 weeks. Just replaced my spark plugs and boots, bushings and ball joints in the front end, pinion seal, starter and fuel pump assembly over the past 3 weeks. What do you recommend on bringing for long trips? Extra oil, coolant, tools, and serpentine belt are already covered. Any advice would be appreciated.
>>17305191
3500 miles in a Ranger? That doesn't sound fun at all.
>>17305313
Hard no, I'm driving a '04 F250. Also that's a Ford Explorer.
Bumping with picture of race Explorer
So this cart hit my car during a storm and left a dent. I took it to a collision repair place and got an estimate. There seems to be some unrelated stuff theyre charging for though, like replacing the Impala emblem... theres nothing wrong with it.. wat do? They want to keep the car for 1.5 weeks and i'd rather have the car sooner.
Here solution:
>Drive to junkyard
>Get new door for 75 bucks
>Put new door on
>Congratulations, you've avoided the jews known as collision repair shops.
I can't post pics of the estimate because of the file limit but I can list them
>roof RT molding + clear coat
>replace RT emblem flying impala on quarter panel
>corrosion protection for rear bumper
I don't see how any of this related to the side door dent.
First off, make sure the place doesn't do a ton of insurance work. I had some dents and light paint damage in my car and took it to a really good body shop that did insurance work and they quoted me $2,300. I then got a quote from a shop a relative referred me to and they charged $350 to take out 3 dents and do paint touch up. The insurance place wanted way too much because they were gonna do too much. They wanted to take my doors and a quarter panel off and apart and completely repaint them when touch up was really all it needed. Make sure you're at the right place
Why are you in a hurry?
im not?
>>17304595
mr noseberg told me to be early today
Because my interim professor always holds the class 20 minutes over which doesn't give me enough time to get to work
So the previous owner of my car put a Saabaru sticker over the emblems which became faded and messed up. So I peeled one off and this was left. None of the adhesive removers I have are doing anything to it. What do you guys suggest?
>>17304567
I suggest removing the badge and replacing it.
Just use a screw drive with a towel around it.
>>17304590
also your paint looks ass wtf
>>17304567
They sale replacement stickers for the saab emblem. Last a few years. One of these days i'll get out some model enamel paint and paint mine.
Alright /o/ I need some input and advice
My sister financed a 2015 Chrysler 200 from used auto dealer 2 and a half months ago. Now she stated the check engine light was on and then took it to a local repair shop and they told her it needed a VVT solenoid and to go to a Chrysler dealer because it may still be warranty
Now, she got a call from the Chrysler dealer telling her that the warranty is void because it's not the same factory engine in the car
I'm not really sure about the full details yet. So is there any way she can do something about from the dealer she bought it from? Or is she just screwed?
Pic not relate
OP here and I just wanna help out. I don't wanna kick a downed horse but I did tell her not to buy a Chrysler but she said she got it inspected by a "friend" and it had only 7k miles
>FCA product
>"it has major problems, wooah"
>>17304533
This doesn't make any sense. look at the original bill of sale and see if there is a "as is" clause. If so you might be fucked. There should be a repair trail telling you how an engine got swapped out. Whole thing doesn't add up.
Both machines have 2500 HP.
Which is better?
Can the train beat a corvette?
Oh wait, it probably can because the corvette will blow its engine after 6 ( S I X ) miles.
Trainfags may be autismal, but at least they're not douchebags unlike half the drag scene.
Depends on the want you have.
Daily reminder that this blows the absolute living fuck out of the '17 Civic Si.
Also reminder that the i30 N will eat the Type R's boipussy for dessert later on.
Why have you not embraced our gook overlord yet /o/?
>>17304035
Upside is that you can get into one of these brand new for 18k or even a little less.
Downside is that every Hyundai depreciates like the Titanic.
I saw a few in east Texas going for 17k new. Legit made me want to trade my Civic in.
based hyundai stepping up the game
Why?
>>17303952
because its the best e36.
E46 ones are a bit strange looking, especially from the front. They do look better in person though for some reason.
>>17303952
Why indeed, when it looks exactly like a Vauxhall Astra while being at once heavier, slower, and less reliable?
Things your car said the day you bought it.

Cars can't talk.
"why do i have to leave, i have been here in this garage next to that cute porsche for 21 years. I have had the same driver for 21 years... why do i have to go? does the new owner have a garage.. a cute porsche? will he take care of me the way i'm supposed to be taken care of."
Which car has the best rear lights and why its the KIA Optima 2017?
Step it the fuck up.
