It's not one class or one professors. It's literally all of them.
I asked one what should I do if I don't have Windows. He told me to try with Mono and if it didn't work then, well, bad luck. At least I can "get Microsoft products for free from the university" or "complete the whole course in the university's filthy computer class".
Forcing Microsoft's products seems to be fine as long as the products are provided for free. I don't care about the fucking costs, I just don't want to use Microsoft's bullshit anymore.
But not to worry, we have one (1), Linux course. Here comes one of the exam questions, are you ready? Remember, this is a university.

Their Prime Gold has a silent hybrid mode too. It's not BETTER, but it is quite a bit cheaper. Better have overpressure in your case for either though, or in many ATX cases you'll get that hot air rising to the GPU.

What's the best "silent" PSU for an i7-6700K @ 4.6 GHz and an R9 390X?
I'm asking because I just bought the EVGA SuperNOVA 850 G3 and the fan on the PSU is silent for half an hour of youtube videos and pdf reading then ramps the fan up balls to the fucking wall 100% fan usage and stays like that until system reboot.
I contacted EVGA support and their solution was for me to literally downclock my shit until it stopped ramping up the fan. No RMA.
What the fuck do I do /g/?

I'm trying to remove the optical drive of my MacBook Pro to replace with a hard drive but i'm having trouble removing three 2.7 mm Phillips screws to remove the optical drive.
What is the best way to remove stripped screws?
I've tried the rubber band and superglue trick but still can't remove them, is there any other way without using rotary tool?

I've had this happen to my snes controller because they were rusted over with age and couldn't hold when I tried unscrewing them.
I ended up dremmeling them out with a very fine bit and brushing out the scraps left over, but I imagine doing the same on a Mac isn't going to be safe.
