I just got 32GB of RAM but apparently Win7 Home Premium is shite and only supports up to 16GB of RAM. I could buy a Win7 Pro OEM key for like $5 and figure out how to install or upgrade to Pro from here, but I CBF.
Isn't the Windows 10 upgrade tied to your current Win7 product key? I tried upgrading previously during the Win10 beta period, but it was shite and I downgraded.
Where did they hide the option to upgrade to Win10 now?

Well, I found that there's an easy trick to get your Windows/Upgrade disk to install whatever edition of the version it's for, but does that allow you to upgrade an existing install of the same version to a different edition?
I don't actually remember, but I don't want to do a fresh install.

I'm an idiot
I accidentally changed my screen resolution from 1920x1080 to 1600x1200. Now my screen just says "no signal".
Can someone help me fix this?
I can navigate to the Qubes system-icon at the bottom left with my mouse, but after that I need to know which keys to push on my keyboard to navigate to Display & change my screen resolution.

I'm perhaps dual enrolling next semester. I want to go into computer science and am not afraid of learning more maths (next class is pre calc) How do I not get a meme education and get fucked over with shit I wont actually need or be useful? On /sci/ everyone says CS is a meme degree. To what extent is this true? Will I really benefit more by loading up on maths and having comp sci as an auxiliary instead of focusing more on how computers work?
Look, I'm not very smart and I'd like to change that. I would really like to know some info before saying fuck it and getting roped into some marketing bullshit by the state uni.

Got this computer by a friend who wants me to install him windows 10 but he lost the power-on password.
