I'm making this thread because I literally don't have any more ideas of what to search in Google for answers.
Basically: when I stretch my arm(s) out away from my body, I can feel and sometimes hear my (I assume) muscles tearing apart near the skin. It's mostly around the lower triceps area around the elbow. It's not bones, I'm sure of that.
Is it sometime else?
If it is muscles, is it normal?
If it's not normal, is there something wrong with me?
Also, I have zero grip-strength. I went to the doctor, who's in his mid 80's, and he had more grip strength than me, and I'm 24. Not sure if it's connected to the muscle tearing sensation.
Help. It's gotten worse.

It feels like there are rubber bands about a cm under my skin and it snaps, but it doesn't hurt to cause me pain. It just feels something's tearing, it's certainly some kind of tissue.
He didn't say much about the grip strength, but I don't any typical ailments like diabetes or anything that can cause low grip in hands.
I should probably get my muscles or tendons seen about now that I think about it.
I just want to know if the arm thing is somewhat normal. Nobody I ask about it seems to know what I'm talking about.

Most people here would probably assume more liberal cities like Seattle, SF, NYC, or PHL, but honestly fatty-fat southern cities are probably fat and slovenly enough to erode the nu-male esthetic of the progressive enclaves.

Is there a name for a squat where you go ATG come up until you're just over parallel then dip back down and THEN squat fully upright ?
I do them to warm up but it seems like a good way to accumulate volume and out of the hole power with submaximal loads.
