Are the Vega shakes for pre, during, and post workout any good?

Should I try a preworkout? I've never used one. Some days I don't have the drive and wonder if I should get a preworkout.

The other day I did some sit-ups and saw a bulge above my belly button when doing the situps. I've also noticed it during pull-ups. Turns out it's a diastasis recti, which is a large separation between the abdominal muscles, so my organs kind of bulge through when abdominal pressure is increased.

I've started doing the Frank Zane abdominal vacuum exercise to strengthen my transversus abdominis (which apparently helps to close the separation). But I want some other exercises I can do to fix it.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any tips on how to fix it? It doesn't hurt at all, and I think it's pretty harmless, just a little disturbing.

How to fix my penis /fit/?

Anyone go to a rec center instead of the commercial gyms?

I just started to go to mine since my last gym membership they started to over charge me. However I find it really odd changing infront of kids. Just today I went in the middle of the day since its my day off and there must have been a class for kids or something and I was like the only one nude one there. Are you suppose to me clothed in rec centers since its more family based or what?

I'd say just stay nude as long as it takes to have a quick tug and then just get dressed as quick as possible after that and there should be no problems.

Any workers here? I started employment as a farm manager and a bit of the job can require physical exertion via lifting, working on equipment, giving the labor crew a hand when needed, etc. The owner of the farm was nice enough to let me borrow his weights and this is the first time since I graduated college that I've had access to a free workout. How do I go about keeping myself fed when I work 50-60 hours and burn a lot of calories through work? The farm location doesn't have a microwave so I'm going to have to get creative. Anyone else here have physical activity a part of their job? How do you keep yourself fed throughout the day? What kind of meals (I know macros and micros, I'm looking for meal suggestions)? In college I could snack all the time. What do.

Yeah, actually. I taste stuff throughout the day to see how it's doing. Most of what we grow is specialty produce, so premium things like heirloom tomatoes and shiso herb for sushi restaurants. We supply Mar a Lago.

want to start working out. I used to workout 2 years ago but didn't really take it serious. I'm considering hiring a personal coach to help me with my workout and diet plan. Is this a good idea ? charges 60 dollars a hour, it seems a lot but it's for my own self improving. This way I can have a clear goal for myself. Thoughts / Opinions on this ? only plan to visit when needed.

The best things I ever did in terms of fitness were the following:

anyway, 1 egg, 40-50g almond meal, 50ml milk, cinnamon, flavours of choice. stirr that shit up, put it to rest for 10-15 min, use coconut fat and bake yourself some nice keto pancakes.

3-4 eggs, some feta and or gouda, stirr that shit, make some scrambled eggs. add bacon.

broccoli in the oven with cheese on it.
