>tfw clumsy af moron who is incredibly uncoordinated who will 100% hurt himself if he tries to do anything with the barbells, so I just limit myself to simple dumbbell work and machine exercise.

Is it better that I recognize my limitations and work within them or should I just man up know I'm going to hurt myself real bad some day.

Do barbell kickbacks work the rear delts? I know they work the triceps obviously but I swear I feel a decent contraction in my rear delts as well my lats a little and back in general. Is barbell kickbacks more than just a triceps isolation?

Hey /fit/, what's the normal expected rate of progress on a stretching program? I can't touch my toes. When trying, I can touch my knees and past that lies horrible pain. How long until I can touch toes and what should I do to get there? Any of you fags managed to improve? If so, how?

How much muscle is on the legs relative to ? I've gained about 17lbs from about 145lbs to 162lbs at 5'11 by exclusively working upperbody for about a year, with most of it being muscle and maintaining 13-15% bodyfat. If I start to work out legs with about the same dedication as I did for upper body, how much muscle can I expect to gain?

I'm guessing legs are anywhere between 20-60% of total body mass but how much exactly? Is 10-12 lbs too much to expect from just a year of working legs? Anybody not work legs and then have this?

Depends on how hard you work them.
Like a rest pause set of 31(10-8-6-4-2-1) reps on squats with some high rep leg press and Paterson step ups to finish.
Like 15lbs is reasonable to expect depending on calories.
