I never eat in the morning and I want to change that.
Thing is, the rare times where I had a breakfast, it was some orange juice, probably coffee and some cakes (or donuts or similar unlhealthy food).
Nothing really good.

So what are the best food and beverages for a healthy /fit/ breakfast. A breakfast that'll make you ready for the day.

Protein is always at least 1gram per pound of bodyweight, regardless of cut or bulk.
Carbs are high when bulking, low when cutting.
Fats move inverse of carbs.

Even during my finals I had time to gym 3-4times a week. Make a sacrifice or you're never gonna make it.

such a small amount of the population actually lifts. there are millions of genetic freaks out there who could btfo clarence, leeman, eddie hall and ray williams. but they will never even pick up a weight
