I feel like shit, feel like my entire 4 week training block is ruined now. The weight was moving fast enough but I was seeing black after each set and could barely breath.

If you've been drinking lots of energy drinks you've exhausted yourself and gotten used to the stupid levels of caffeine in them. Well done on being a fuck up.

Honestly I've never been more happy with the results I get from BCAA's. Sure, it's expensive but worth it if your diet is lacking at times. Especially pre-workout.

Working out when your sick is a meme. You got meme'd.

Use some common sense ffs. If you've got a bit of a sniffle but otherwise feel OK then sure, give a workout a go. If you're close to collapsing just skip it until you feel better and ease yourself back into when you've recovered. Any serious illness will weaken you for some time after the illness seems to have ended.

Don't be so autistic about missing a workout or even a week of workouts. Sometimes you need a rest and I've actually had a week off training before and come back feeling stronger. You won't lose all your gains in a week, not unless you get aggressive brain cancer or something.
