Why the fuck you need to warm up before a intensive workout ?

I always felt this as a big waste of time and energy, im tired of discussing people because they feel its important whereas i feel like its so gay


If i wanted to go heavy or intense i would always do it being cold i didnt give a fuck


Also i dont believe not warming up leads into injuries

What are your thoughts ?

How long to get /fit/ boys? I haven't been to the gym in a long time and want to start going again. Was never a big lifter and always went with friends but I want to get into it again for myself.

What are the most static stretches to achieve the splits and kick higher?

I'm stretching everyday at the moment but I always get bored after a few weeks and give it up.

like a whole head taller then me WITHOUT bare feet.
also i really would never trade my body for any other body inlcluding perfect aesthetics guys like zyzz etc. simply because being not tall is worked for my advantage many times beacause in boxing and mma shorter people are much much faster and precise because no spaghetti arms and legs
also timing is always better for shorter people because for the brain its simpler to calculate mewment for your extremities and your body beacause shorter time to contract smaller muscules then larger muscules for example at big bear mode guys etc.

i would say leg extension with light weight as a warm up to squat, where u go heavy.

if thats not an option, then do something light to warm up before doing squat, then leg extension

I have saved up 650 calories for the day. Should I drink a bottle of wine? I haven't drank in like a month and a bottle of wine is about 650 calories.

the only time i was TEMPTED to skip a workout was when i had bicep doms and my arms wouldn't straighten. but i still went to the gym. it's best if you go even when it's sore and if it reaches an unmanageable amount of pain take a rest day and grab an ice pack
