Isn't very painful but I definitely feel it, thought I might have blown my rotator cuff but that's not it as rotating is actually one of the few shoulder movements I can do.

I can do 10 full deadhang shoulder width pull-ups, at 190lbs bw. I don't really train them any way other than doing them every workout to a few reps under failure.
What got my numbers up was training for muscle ups. The explosive nature is something the lats don't get enough training of imo, and it really helps.
