Every time i move up in weight my form is super insanely shitty then slowly gets better.

Is this ok? or am I supposed to do more reps with less weight and perfect form until I at least have mediocre form when I increase the weight?

If your form is breaking down that much when you move up, then increase the weight at a slower rate. You did already answer your own question though, my gauge is that if my form on squat for example for 4x8 is really good, then I go up 5lbs.
inb4 don't move up til you feel comfortable and don't have terrible form, you don't want to hurt yourself now.

I'm not American but live in the US and my kid goes to school there as well (he's 7) and just started 2nd grade.

First week of school started last week, and I kid you not, this shit goes down:

Bought one of these shitty exercise bikes and just been using it 2-4 times a day for 20minutes at a time.

Getting leaner by the day this shit is fucking crazy how good it works for fat loss.

Been lifting for 6 years and have never done cardio before until now, could that be why?

So I started taking ostarine. .5ml's which is 25 mg's daily. Liquid not pill form. Starting to notice that my dick and balls are shrinking. My balls are getting soft and my energy levels are dropping. From all of the research that I did it looked like I did not need to take anything with it. This infopic fairly worthless, it just says that your feet COULD BE REALLY FUCKED UP, but there is nothing directly stated that you can do for any of the many potential problems listed. The exercises are all super vague and not specifically targeted to the potential pain points listed.

Also, if your feet are misaligned, what are you supposed to do? Just willpower them back into place?
