I tried it for 2 weeks but I wasn't enjoying. I got all my macros in but still felt unprepared for it. I also heard that going over 120 grams of protein on keto will kick you out of it and that seemed kinda silly to retain muscle on a cut. I could be wrong though

My goal is to be 165-170 lbs with less that or equal to 15% BF
I bulked to 170 in March, but shit got in the way and I didn't get to lift as much and now I'm where I am.
I don't even know if I should cut the fat or clean bulk again to 170 and then cut.
Though I didn't get to lift, I've been doing MMA since March and calisthenics a month ago. I feel pretty scrawny though, but I just joined a gym and will begin lifting tomorrow. I just don't know what my dieting game plan should be.
I know I'm not going to get many responses as it only affects 0.1% of males, but was anyone here ever operated on for an undescended testicle?
And if so, was it a success or a botched procedure? Did it affect your development in any way?
I had my lefty pulled down extremely late at damn 11 years of age (usually done ages 0-2) and I don't know if it ever worked. The testicle is smaller and mushy and just sort of sits there while I'm told the right one does most of the work. I am considering getting it removed as it causes me pain/discomfort.

What do you guys think is the strength limit one who does not compete should set for themselves (1-5 Rep max)? In theory, the more strength the better - but as you progress it becomes more and more dangerous and you are taxing your body beyond biological norms, and maybe you'll feel the pain in your older years. At that point I feel it would obviously be better to do more reps than to bump up the weight. For example: 300 Bench press 1RM maximum strength until you do more reps, because a 300 pound bench press or 385 squat is good enough for the average person who does not need to compete. This is for natties of course.
TL;DR max strength before you have the risk of hurting your body and it's better to do more reps for the average person who has no intentions of competing.
