Is it foolish to become physically fit and try to become financially successful, solely (if not mostly) to hook up with someone like this ?

Ok /fit/. Time to get medieval. Who was the strongest or overall most fit person of the times? Any time period when castles and siege engines were still relevant.

I say pic related. Blacksmith. Forearms, shoulders, chest, bi/triceps were probably all swole and a blacksmith is the epitome of functional strength. Gotta hammer all day and accurately too.

Look into V02 max workouts, interval training, running up a hill, walking down it over and over etc. the more fit your cardio system the longer it can sustain without hurting. I used to run XC in HS and these workouts were the most hellish, but they made us gain mad cardio conditioning.

New to getting /fit/, been taking redpills and startng to sort nyself out

Got a gf, a promotion, buying a car, and starting to work out at home before work, my routine is as follows

>20 pushups
>2m plank
>20 pushups
>30 lunges
>20 pushups
>30 squats
>20 pushups
>40 jumping jacks
>20 pushups
>cold shower

What could I do to make me routine about the same length, but afford me more gains. Now it takes 15-20 minutes, and i've lost over 50lbs in a year and a half combining this with healthier living

Okay I have been smoking for 4 years, it was never alot ussally around 4-5 cigs per day.

A week ago I bought a vape, and my last cig was 3 days ago, and I have no desire to go out and buy a pack.

So redpill me on vaporizers /fit/, are they really any better than you than regular cigs? So far it's easily been the best way to quit, but I feel like I might be replacing a bad habit with an even worse one.

Also this is health related mods don't delete this and leave the daily /r9k/ thread up I swear.

I have been smoking on and off for 3 years now, sometimes one cigarette per 2-4 days, sometimes I don't smoke for a whole month and sometimes I smoke a pack during a 12 hour shift. I haven't been on /fit/ since a little before zyzz died. Was hoping people could get me up to speed. I've gotten fat and stretch marked to fucking hell since college.
