Weighted pushups are alright, though I don't doubt that eventually you'll find it bothersome to fit on all the weights needed for your workout on your back.

I'm 5'9 but have degressed to 5'8.5 because of lifting, particularly squatting. What can I do to regain my height? What about swimming, can swimming give you height gains?

Anyone else on /fit/ jump rope? Its such a great cardio exercise, not only do you burn more calories per minute then by running as it is much more intense and uses muscles from your whole body, but its also actually quite fun. Training for boxing so this exercise is great to help me build up my speed and co-ordination, but I imagine its great for anyone who wants to get some cardio in.

Everyone has weakness and genetic strong points in their physique, which means everyone should have a different routine.

If you have no arms and you refuse to isolate them just because X program or Y lifter says you don't need to isolate them, then you're retarded.

Same goes for any other body part.

A lot of people build big traps from just deadlifting, but if deadlifting didn't build your traps it's time to start adding Shrugs and shit into your routine, but even if you do the people here are going to say you don't need Shrugs hurrr.
