Keep in mind it's cardio heavy

Day 1:

I would add some variations on those runs, You only have to run 8 miles twice a week, one day do a quick 2-3 mile run and sprints on another day.
Also swim one day.
As for weights you should squat, straight leg dead lift, row and some presses.

What routine should I move on to of I want to solely focus on aesthetics?

Squat 255x5 (low, I know but I like cycling and it's hard to do both)

I've been hiking in lieu of running, and I'm definitely going to start swimming soon. What do you think about starting a running program at 200lbs instead of 180? I'm joining the Air Force in 8 months so I have to be able to run, otherwise I'd stick to low impact cardio like swimming and cycling.

Lol are you training for an 8 mile race or something. My cardio routine ranges from intervals.

8 sets of 30-60's and 4 sets of 60-120's

Middle distance, 2 miles, 3 miles

And long distance days, 5, 6, or 8 miles

My routine is pretty cardio heavy too (at least by /fit/ standards,) but 8 miles a day x 5 days/week seems excessive. Why not run every other day and incorporate a high-rep full body routine?
