I do the abs and the plyo so I can add some strength to my midsection and legs (plyo has alot of squats)

I would add some variations on those runs, You only have to run 8 miles twice a week, one day do a quick 2-3 mile run and sprints on another day.
Also swim one day.
As for weights you should squat, straight leg dead lift, row and some presses.

I've been hiking in lieu of running, and I'm definitely going to start swimming soon. What do you think about starting a running program at 200lbs instead of 180? I'm joining the Air Force in 8 months so I have to be able to run, otherwise I'd stick to low impact cardio like swimming and cycling.
