I feel weird finishing my 5x5 stronglifts workouts in 30 minutes, it's apparently normal and part of the program but I'm a bit butthurt walking to the gym just to stay less than an hour, I feel like I can accomplish so much more.

I'm gonna keep going with it, but can I achieve some sweet a e s t h e t i c s with it? BuffDudes are kind of my goal.

Stuff like Apple cider etc. If liquor made you fat, then Russia would be more chubby instead of lean in the younger generation. People get chubbier there when they move around less (more sedentary lifestyle) combined with eating more food (due to a sedentary lifestyle)

take a little bit away from SS and add some accessory lifts to it, it worked for me

basically i do squats, bench, deadlifts, and OHPs monday wednesday friday and after those four lifts i do like an hour and a half of various lifts of whatever i want that day. big strength increases, went from 95 pound bench to 155 pound bench in a month

If you are beginning, you lack muscle tissue. The only way to grow muscle tissue is to stimulate it with overload. 5 x 5 foolishness stimulates nothing. 25 reps of skinny arms keeps your skinny arms.

You need to do 5 / 3 / 1. Find an exercise and mess around until 5 reps are good,,, but not too hard.... then add 20 lbs.... then see if you can get 3,,,, see the pattern ?

What this does, is stimulate your skeletal muscle and force it to grow because of overload, not fatigue. SS is all about fatigue and only works for peeps who have been in the Iron Game for a year or so....

Does anyone else roleplay while squat pooping?

I typically pretend that I am a pregnant neanderthal women being chased by an intruding tribe of homo sapiens. I have been separated from my tribe mates. My biological imperative is survival, and my children.

So I'm thinking about doing a sarm cycle (nutrobal, ostarine, and maybe lgd) and curious as to what a good PCT would be? Also what dosage/timeframe I should go with. I already bought the ostarine, and based on the recommended dosage I have about a 2 month supply. The nutrobal looks to be about one months worth. I know ostarine and nutrobal aren't that suppressive but I guess lgd is to some extent.

Any ideas?
