Hey Guys,

I've been needing a structured routine for a while now as i've just "winged it" the past few months. Still had strength gain but figure I should take this seriously.

Anyone have any reccomended Upper / Lower splits?

Stats:
bench: 1 rep 100kg
squat: 1 rep 140kg
deadlift: 1 rep 165kg

When it comes to nutrition and meals, does anyone else get weird glances or comments thrown at them?
I work in the steel industry and a great chunk of my day is spent doing manual labor, add in lifting 3 days a week, conditioning,cardio, and my TDEE is well over 3500 cals. I usually bring bring big ass lunch bag with me stuffed with a ton of clean foods, tuna sandwiches, oatmeal protein bars, chicken and rice in containers, sweet potato casserole dishes, etc and on lunch and breaks I fuckin chow down like a beast. Ive had people stare at me as i destroy a bunch of food at lunch. My coworkers seem to treat me differently, like the same way you'd treat a depressed person, I imagine they think I'm depressed cuz I'm eating so much.
Even my girlfriend bugs me about it, calling me a "fucking pig" when she sees me eat every 2 hours or so. I also get dizzy and cant think straight if I don't eat every 2 hours
all in all I think it's pretty funny in a way. Anyone have a similar experience?

If you don't wanna work it out directly, lifts like shrugs or shoulder raises help a little. What does help is while doing abs, don't give your head support. Cross your arms over your chest instead of cradling your head so you let your neck hold your head up alone.

I'm not flexible at all, probably due to the fact that I only lift in the gym then sit at my computer all day.

I want to work towards being as flexible as a martial artist, from the starting point of barely being able to raise my leg 90 degrees keeping it straight
