Is Keto safe/effective?

no, it's literally a meme, i did it for 4 months and i think the lack of carbs my brain needed gave me some brain damage, I use to be able to be witty and talk to people no problem, but now I am stuttering and thinking process is pretty difficult.

i wouldnt recommend it. if you really want to lose fat then go ahead, but you will feel like trash when you are training and wont be able to do as much.

my friend did it for a year and lost 100 pounds, he used to be morbidly obese and now hes engaged.
