Hey Guys,
I've been needing a structured routine for a while now as i've just "winged it" the past few months. Still had strength gain but figure I should take this seriously.
Anyone have any reccomended Upper / Lower splits?
Stats:
bench: 1 rep 100kg
squat: 1 rep 140kg
deadlift: 1 rep 165kg
