I'm drinking a large glass of milk with every meal now. Should I bother dipping some Whey in them beyond what I take post-workout, or would it be superfluous? Sorry for the noob question

Starting my 9-5 job today. For those of you in the same boat who workout after work, do you take preworkout? I'm not a morning person, and I think I'll be pretty tired after work. My only issue is that if I take my preworkout around 5pm, I don't think I'll be able to fall asleep until like 3 in the morning, which is obviously an issue

Workout in the morning and take preworkout. You get enough energy for work after and then caffeine/stims die off for bed time.

Good sleeps, great gains, and time to do shit after work. 9-5 is perfect for morning gym.

>wake up 6am
>meal prep, shit, shower, shave
>gym 7am
>quick rinse down if your gym has a shower
>quick fap
>work 9-5
>masturbate and cry 6-10pm
>sleep 10/11pm

It's perfect.

To answer your question, do NOT take caffeine or PWO after 5pm. Terrible idea and your sleep will suffer.

Anyone know a good recipe for a shake if you're trying to bulk? I would guess peanut butter and milk is a place to start.

OKAY guys. I need some truth in my life. Im a guy 22, and 200lbs.
5 rep maxes is 200lbs, 355 and 355 for bench, squat and dl respectively.

and then I spot dis gurl.
Shes 18 doesnt look a pound over 150 and she outlifts me in every way. One of her post is a ten rep off 140kg in squat. Thats insane.
How is she so strong?

Hey guys, I'm currently without a gym for two months and only have 2 10kg dumbbells. I'm a semi intermediate lifter, so the dumbbells are only good for doing rear delt flys, lateral raises and curls. How can I train legs and most importantly back, with such low weight? Is it even worth it or should i accept my loss of gains for the 2 upcoming months?

Have you taken it yet? Theres still time if not. I know this is gonna sound like a meme but its how I passed my piss twst to enlist in the military. A capfull of bleach in 1 gallon of water or 2 in 1 if you cant drink that much water. Chug 2 of these. Its dilluted to the point where it wont harm you but it will clean you out.
