Best Bulking Shake Recipe?

150g of oats
400ml milk
2 bananas

900 calories, tastes pretty good and easy to drink

you have to blend those things of course

Blend them separately before blending with the other things. Buy regular cheap oats.

yes and if you want more calories you can just up the amount of oats you put in (if you do this you need to put in more milk too otherwise it will get too thick)

When I was skelly I would make one of these everyday.
2 scoops whey
2 bananas
4tbsp peanut butter
1cup of oats
Whole milk
Spinach
Oil of some kind
Egg whites

milk, oats, yogurt, eggs,bananas.
