I'd say it's ideal getting a medical opinion first, see what you're dealing with and how management will fair. Most doctors have no problems seeking alternative treatment as long as you understand fully what you're dealing with. Have you also considered a physiotherapist in future

I'm a NEET who simply lost track of time, I'm in my 20's and I haven't worked out a day in over 5 years. I currently have a poor diet (working on it; taking more vitamins/supplements, cutting fast food) and very limited space to work out within.
I don't plan on getting a gym membership or going any public route for exercise because I simply want to get fit then gain muscle in my own space/time. I'm in a small space where push ups aren't even an option, I'm 6'4 about 160 and I'm in a small room with two 20lb weights that I haven't touched in years. Are there any efficient exercises I can do within a small area that will help me get toned? Maybe some informational photos for small quarter exercise or alternatives to push ups that can be done in limited space?
I would really appreciate some advice. Experience speaks the loudest to me so if you have been in a similar situation or know anything that can be helpful you can either go fuck yourself or post a reply.

I'm a NEET who has been sitting on his ass doing little to no excersise for around 5 years (im 24 soon). I decided I want to get /fit/ again (I used to be an athlete in HS and on the Rugby team).
Got any pointers for a NEET trying to get fit? I ran 10k today, the first time I've run in years and it damn near killed me, but I've dedicated myself to do it for a week straight and if I see improvement, I will likely keep it up.
