Coffee or caffeine pill for preworkout, the rest is a meme. BCAAs are only necessary during a cut, take them during or right after workout. Creatine 10g a day for first 5 days then 5g per day for next 7 weeks, then take a 2 week break and start over. It dissolves best in a cup of hot water or coffee, make sure to stir.
