I'm a NEET who simply lost track of time, I'm in my 20's and I haven't worked out a day in over 5 years. I currently have a poor diet (working on it; taking more vitamins/supplements, cutting fast food) and very limited space to work out within.
I don't plan on getting a gym membership or going any public route for exercise because I simply want to get fit then gain muscle in my own space/time. I'm in a small space where push ups aren't even an option, I'm 6'4 about 160 and I'm in a small room with two 20lb weights that I haven't touched in years. Are there any efficient exercises I can do within a small area that will help me get toned? Maybe some informational photos for small quarter exercise or alternatives to push ups that can be done in limited space?

I would really appreciate some advice. Experience speaks the loudest to me so if you have been in a similar situation or know anything that can be helpful you can either go fuck yourself or post a reply.
