Dislocated my lower disk and my current chiropractor says I need three easy treatments a week. The thing is, I don't have enough money. Where can I find a barebones chiropractor to realign my lower disk? A male doctor is preferred.

You're better off seeing a fucking voodoo doctor.
>three easy treatments a week
>didn't specify treatment course other than three times a week

Chiropractor are NOT doctors. They have no formal training requirements in medicine, and their training on physiology is questionable at best.
When you say a dislocated lower back what do you mean?
I'd say it's ideal getting a medical opinion first, see what you're dealing with and how management will fair. Most doctors have no problems seeking alternative treatment as long as you understand fully what you're dealing with. Have you also considered a physiotherapist in future
i would rather let a tribal doctor in Congo treat be than a chiropractor

You dislocated your lower disk? How does he know? Did he felt it up, look at your posture, did a scan, and made you do movements?

I am not sure if my links apply for a dislocated disk. I am pretty sure the jewtube link isnt, but the book might help. But...a dislocated disk, that stuff is extremely severe and can only be fixed by surgery?

This
If a chiropractor diagnosed your "dislocated disk" he's full of shit and selling you snake oil.
If you're in real pain then go to your GP for a referral to a specialist that can properly diagnose you. And don't let your GP try and tell you what it is, he isn't trained for back pain either.

well if it isnt dislocated, then the above methods would work to fix the lower back. Though for the upper and middle back...hm. So far I bought a book on ALL the stretch exercises. 10 bucks, and the fisio is 30 bucks a session.
