Tips on controlling hunger? I burned about 1300 calories off today and I don't want to fuck it up. I've had water and some lettuce since it's very low in the calorie content but I'm still hungry and REALLY want something high in carbs and filling.

Just flat out a mix of walking and jogging. I've tried drinking some water but that's not doing much. There's no point in me being more active, losing weight, and filling up on shit afterwards.

1.most fish oil is highly underdosed so it's better in liquid

2.cal/mag/zinc supps have poor absorption in pill form so they're better to take in liquid, or just take a multi mineral in liquid form without calcium

Multi vitamins are kinda shit I'd say just concentrate on having a well rounded diet of 3-4 servings of veggies and fruit daily

4. You get vitamin c from almost all fruits

Hey /fit/,
I'm a scrawny 6'2 140lb low testosterone bastard in his mid-twenties. I am pretty hard-working and successful elsewhere in life but I can never motivate myself to lift consistently. Do you think a beginner steroid cycle would help to boost my motivation to get to the gym? I have a very low sex drive for a male my age, and I have a feeling that the low T might be part of the reason for both of these issues...

So I went to the YMCA today...

Pick up a hobby and get good. Anything artistic or being actively politically (rallies, etc) is a good way to nail easy pussy.

I was feeling rather anxious a while ago and decided to try out meditation for the first time which helped quite a bit.
After 5 minutes, my back begins to somewhat hurt and I began to lightly shake until the 10 minutes were up.
Did I fuck up my form or something? I stayed away from slumping my back but it just decided to fight back I guess. What's the problem?/What should I work on?

1. Get a zafu (meditation cushion)
2. Sit in a half lotus or full lotus if your body allows it
3. When you sit on the cushion, be sure to sit on the edge of it. Only your tailbone/coccyx should be on the cushion
4. Erect your spine, roll your shoulders back, tuck your chin and sit in good posture

Your posture and your core may be weak. Practice more.

That's just part of the process. when you regain focus on the breath, be aware that you're back to the breath and appreciate that moment, positively reinforce the moment you "awake" from mind wandering.

Try focusing more intently on the breath, try to notice more subtle sensations at the nose during the in and out cycle.

Remember thoughts will come and go in the background, don't try to stop them but just them do their business and keep your focus on the breath.
