Cleaning is a weird thing I forget about.
Every month or so, I remember that my apartment's carpets are trying to kill me with dust. My allergies very quietly churn up post-nasal drip and I can't figure out why my stomach is so gassy (it's snot anything major). Then I vacuum, cough for ten minutes, and wish I knew more about how to keep my air and apartment clean and fresh.

2. Go and work out, lift heavy.
3. Go to sleep, either in the showers at the gym or hope somebody spots you and gives you a lift home.
4. Wake up, you won't remember what happened the night before. Your body will have forgotten the Noob Gains you just made.
5. Repeat until you are at desired swoleness.

Hi /fit/, for a college sport, i have to decide between karate or tennis. Im honestly way more interested in learning karate, but in highschool, tennis for me was casual and fun, so id thought i would make better friends in tennis than karate.
But if i dont end up making any friends in tennis, than ill be completely miserable and wont ever know karate. I dont think i have a better chance of finding a gf in tennis either because all the chad chaddingtons will swoop the roasties off their feet, not that there are any girls at all in karate though.

Karate is a meme martial art for the most part. I highly suggest getting into a martial art but I would only recomend good ones such as BJJ, wrestling, boxing, or thai. Tennis is more of a causal thing you do i'd say. But if you MUST choose between karate and tennis i'd say karate for the "showoff" potential with cool kicks and stuff.
