How does /fit/ work on keeping healthy aside from exercise and shitposting? Cleaning, computer breaks, weird diet things, etc.? What are some weird things you changed that improved your life?
Cleaning is a weird thing I forget about.
Every month or so, I remember that my apartment's carpets are trying to kill me with dust. My allergies very quietly churn up post-nasal drip and I can't figure out why my stomach is so gassy (it's snot anything major). Then I vacuum, cough for ten minutes, and wish I knew more about how to keep my air and apartment clean and fresh.
