My mind must be on par with the likes of Einstein and Trump as I believe I have just discovered a way to maximise so-called Noob Gains for ever. This is a routine designed for those new to lifting.
1. Spike your own drink with a date rape drug. Go to the gym and drink that shit in the locker room.
2. Go and work out, lift heavy.
3. Go to sleep, either in the showers at the gym or hope somebody spots you and gives you a lift home.
4. Wake up, you won't remember what happened the night before. Your body will have forgotten the Noob Gains you just made.
5. Repeat until you are at desired swoleness.
