Lemon Bismark dusted in powdered sugar is my all time favorite donut. Most places glaze the Bismarks and that is just wrong, too sweet. However, I love most donuts, as long as they aren't the meme donuts that have tons of random cereal or other crap on them. I like the classics.

I am using a moka pot. I use lavazza ground and it tastes pretty good to me. I've tried it with freshly ground (my brother has a grinder) and it wasnt noticeably better maybe even worse to me. Maybe the beans were trash?

Blood is still bright red and it looks like the fish might still have rigor mortis. Despite the unsanitary conditions, that fish looks fresh as fuck. Wish I could see the eyes better before making a judgement call though.

It's a great irony: here in the west we have picture-perfect supermarkets with spotless hygene. Yet the product itself is usually nowhere near that fresh.
