Liquid Macarico piri piri hot sauce to taste (approx. 2tsp)

>Mix the milk and eggs to make a wash
>Mix the salt, pepper, paprika, and flour

It's too early for recipes. First step is to find out what seafood you can get that's good and fresh. Once you have picked your igredient then you can find a recipe for it.
It's kinda dumb to pick a recipe first only to find out that your market either doesn't have the required fish/shellfish, or it's in bad shape.
Visit market. Find what looks the best. Then pick recipe.

What I'm displaying today is the Vraiment Homme Salad. It's likely none of you plebs have even heard of it.
You start with a spinach base and add pre-sliced ham over it. Then use the rest of the over-ripe tomato and the last of that onion, cut in large chuncks. Slice a jalapeño that has been aged in the fridge for at least two weeks, until sufficiently soggy. Break up and apply two slices of the finest American cheese. You can't use that individually wrapped crap. You really need to use the kind you have to peel apart yourself. This is a patrician salad, after all. Finally top the whole thing of with Louisiana's own Crystal Spicy Dressing.

it's too much of a pain in the ass to cook nice things for my wife when my toddler complains, she has to stop and nurse the baby and then I'm stuck cleaning the kitchen after working a full 9 hours. Much easier to cook pot bullshit that the kids will eat and shuts everyone the fuck up.
