At my college, they had free programs like microsoft word and shit. Might be worth looking into seeing if they have art programs. Stuff like Paint Tool Sai, people make brushes for so if you look around, you could find some that mimic traditional media.
I tried getting into digital art myself and just couldn't. I like feeling the paint brush and getting watercolors all over my hands... Sure wish there was an undo button for when I fuck up and spill the water though...

Any spray you get at Lowe's will suck, unless you spray it directly on an insect. If you're serious, you need to make your own spray.

I recommend anything with Cypermethrin. Any insect that gets close to Cypermethrin will eventually die. It doesn't smell, lasts a long time, and can be used indoors or out. It comes in powder or liquid form. Yes, it's expensive, but it's what the pros use and is the only thing worth your money.

Of course, when used outside, a good rain will wash the residue it leaves away, so don't use it in an open area outside if rain is in the forecast.

I get mine at bugsaway.com. Products with Cypermethrin include Demon Max, Demon WP, and Viper. Mix it with water and put in any cheap sprayer (from Lowe's or wherever).

If they become resistant, call bugsaway and they'll tell you what else to use. I doubt you'll need to, though. I've been using it for at least ten years, it is powerful stuff. I don't think bugsaway.com will sell it to some states. In fact, if they don't sell Cypermethrin to your state, you can call and they'll probably have something almost as good.

I spray in the early spring and then once more during the summer, although a couple of years I only sprayed once but it kept killing. It's cool or cold for 6 months here, but a warmer climate might need more.

Stardew Valley is pretty comfy. Civilization 5 can also be pretty chill on low difficulties.

Adventure games should be great for you, since there is normally no pressure at all; if you suck, it will just take longer.

Another plus of adventures: they aren't too hard on the hardware. There are many good "walking simulator" games like Firewatch, but your system can't handle any of them.


A few other recommendations:
Audiosurf - it can be stressfull or chilled, depending on the music (of your own library) you choose. Very relaxing if you pick something slow.

Poker Night - It's just Poker with a few old characters.

Trine - very chill and beautifull sidescroller that will still run on your potato.

if your shit with computers I recommend just not deleting shit like that at all, most apps in task manager cant/shouldnt be stopped. on the system spec thing do you have any games that have a similar minimum requirement and if so then youll probably want find out what the settings are for them and use similar settings for Space Hulk.

What file are you trying to delete. Sounds like either a system file, a virus, or something that reopens itself when it thinks it's crashed or when you force out of it, I.e. discord. Your safest bet is tracking down the process of the file and killing it there. If you're an admin trying to delete files in a folder that Windows claims isn't yours, Google 'claim Windows folder owner registry'. Download and add the registry, then right click the folder the file is in and claim ownership of it.

As for the game, it's unlikely. Your processor falls short and your laptop seems to be using integrated graphics. What you could do is buy the game anyway and if it doesn't run well, request a refund. I've refunded tons of games on steam. Just make sure not to exceed 2 hours of game time or they might not let you refund it. To refund the game go to the game in your library, support, and then follow on from there. Not on the comp right now but it's pretty straight forward.
