Yeah, I'm looking, myself. Closest thing I found was this, which is evidently only a fragment of an hour long segment. Really cool stuff. Between this clip and the deleted scenes of FWWM (especially extended ending), it's like David Lynch chose to introduce something like backdoor teasers to season 3 in places you wouldn't expect.

This clip is in character and talks cryptically about what happened between the Palmers, both dead and alive, during the last 25 years. Sarah Palmer's interview seems to deliberately set up her role in the new series. Interesting considering the series got picked up a whole year later.
