It's normal for carts of that age. I had plenty of legit Genesis games stamped with "Made in Japan, assembled in Mexico" or the like. If you drive a Chevy or a Nissan it's likely it was assembled in Mexico too, haha.

Unless you plan on using RGB/component you may as well use that tv. Composite isn't any better than RF. Get an RF modulator if you don't have an RF unit.

Because they aren't real consoles. The hardware emulates the console. Since their console only pulls the ROM data, they need to replicate the proper mapper or the game won't run.

Is it weird I actually like Pac & Pal and Super Pac-Man quite a lot? Everybody brings them up as examples of Midway/Namco whoring out the license but I think they're pretty fun. I won't argue for Professor Pac-Man, though.

There are only a handful of good games for the 64, you might as well just buy a cheap ass Japanese one, get a US power supply and a chink flash cart (or find the games at a garage sale and cut the tabs).

That's only like $50-100 if you look around. Emulation is shit and complaining about it isn't going to make the devs improve it.
