Can we all agree that Nintendo would be literally unstoppable if they still valued graphics?
>>383711791
They do value graphics; their style doesn't need more detail and its enough for what they are making.
No, it's better that they value performance over graphics for most games.
>>383711791
Nintendo games often look better than the "MUH TECHNICAL GRAFIX" realistic games of the competition.
Post literally whos from their respective games.

Who doesn't remember Severa's butch GF?

How'd you post without a image/message, anon?
>The Switch is fast becoming our favorite console for 60 frames per second gaming.
>These ports are looking awesome, so bring them on. More of them.
>We were wrong. We thought that Wii U ports would diminish the Switch offering, but the reverse is actually true.
Have we been betrayed Sonybros? Why are they so impressed with Switch when PS4 Pro exists?
PC + Switch
No more 4k shitty gimped computers and worse versions of fps and shooters with worse controls

Video, so you know I'm not bullshiting.
Because they aren't wrong when they say ports are more exciting on the platform since it now allows them to play it on the go.
PS4 Pro isn't really a device focusing on 60fps anyway, its more focused on 1440p-1800p.
>girl joins server
>she integrates well and there is no drama

I'll take shit that never happened for several billion dollars.
Women always ruin everything.

>Losing is fun
Oh, that explains a lot about yurop :)
How much would you spend max on a new game /v/?
100 bucks
Actually, if it were a really great game with a lot of content, I could see myself going even higher than that
$60 if it's a good game from a company i want to support
Otherwise, they don't get shit
>>383710701
£30 is my maximum and I only pay it very rarely for like maybe 2 games a year that I deem worthy
Alright, this shit has been driving me crazy
It was an RTS game from around 2000 or so, maybe a little later, played it whenever I went to my uncle's house
It was like CiV but with Swords&Sorcery
I remember you walked around on a horse in the overworld and you could find gems and mines and stuff like that
I think you could upgrade your city too
Also I think there was a breeding system for the beastmen troops
Picture unrelated.
old ass DOS game with futuristic levitating/flying cars that still kinda look like todays cars but without wheels
could never get past the first level when i was a kid
>>383710339
What's in the pic?
>>383710339
What the fuck am I looking at?
So regardless of how good you thought it was, can we all agree that this game had no business being a mainline, numbered entry?
It was pure shit, so yeah.
>inb4 "i-it's total return to roots!!!" claims of GenZ shills.
>>383710167
>>383710373
it was better than 4 so it definitely deserves to be a mainline, numbered entry
it was also return to the roots
>>383711449
>No enemy variety
>No weapon variety
>No replay value
>No mercenaries or extra modes
>Main character is boring as a statue
>Better than 4.
>"so far, the companies targeted by this strike haven't begun to negotiate with the union"
Video game publishers haven't even started to negotiate with the VA Union yet. Seems that they don't care. We're already seen VAs like Ashly Burch have to drop out of projects because of this. Who will win?

This. There are tons of potential voice actors who will do the work.

Right on brother!
Is Hotel Dusk any good?
Gets stupid at a couple points, but it's alright.
ifoundapaperclip.jpg
I think it had some issues but I liked it overall. Sometimes, I had no idea where I was supposed to go or what to do but I'm not entirely sure that was the game's fault. I kind of wish there were more puzzles in it and less walking around.
The game had a great atmosphere though. I was always intrigued about what would happen next.
>spend 15mins looting and running to a circle
>die instantly by some camping sniper 400m away behind a tree
>repeat
how are you enjoying the GOTY?
I think the concept is cool but after watching gameplay it looks pretty frustrating.
>>383709836
The way this game is treated on here reminds me a lot of Horizon Zero Dawn
>supposedly millions of players
>literally never see any actual gameplay discussion at all
>all just 'muh sales numbers'
>please buy this game because it's successful
>>383709836
Play with friends, fuck around. It's great. I can't play it solo though. Stresses me out real bad.
