Alright, this shit has been driving me crazy
It was an RTS game from around 2000 or so, maybe a little later, played it whenever I went to my uncle's house
It was like CiV but with Swords&Sorcery
I remember you walked around on a horse in the overworld and you could find gems and mines and stuff like that
I think you could upgrade your city too
Also I think there was a breeding system for the beastmen troops
Picture unrelated.
old ass DOS game with futuristic levitating/flying cars that still kinda look like todays cars but without wheels
could never get past the first level when i was a kid

Looks like Loukoumades that didn't go too well.

I don't know what it is, but those are clearly tails.
Note: if you GIS it's claims it's a fried dumpling desert named "bolinho de chuva feto", but that's not fact it's just the algorithms best guess for fried brown lumps

youre welcome

Sounds uma delicia
I remember playing an RTS which had a women mage/sorceress in the main menu casting some big purple spell towards the air.
The campaign started on the outside, continued into some underground mines or caves I think.
Don't remember much else.
