Of course there's a grain of truth in the "red pill", which is what makes it so enticing. It's obvious to anybody who thinks for a moment that there are major flaws and hypocrisies with the popular narratives of multiculturalism and antiracism/antifacism that is currently the norm in society. The "red pill" uses those problems as bait to lure you into believing more and more far-fetched conspiracy theories and tries to convince you that you are a victim of various harms perpetuated by liberals/jews/banks/communists/et al.

The very name "red pill" is a metaphor for revealing the way the world "really" works to spite comforting lies, but really it's just replacing the comfortable lies with equal measure of uncomfortable lies, just different ones

The top part is a little suspicious. Since there's no index on the sum, it implies an infinite sum. And if that [math]\bar{x}[/math] is saying "mean of x" then I don't think the mean of the series 0, 1, 2, 3... is defined. Inb4 -1/12.

But seriously how much do I need

about 5 grams of protein and half a gram of sugars per 100 mLs. Humans need about 50 grams of protein a day. you shouldn't consume more than about 30 grams of sugar a day but there's barely any there to begin with so let's assume most of your calories are coming from protein

so you'd need about a liter a day assuming you were also taking vitamins
