Turn that into a high pressure cell and the hurricane will dissipate. Though I would cast doubts to whether you can turn a low pressure cell into a high pressure one by detonating nukes in it, but it is a better idea than trying to detonate them anywhere else in the hurricane.

What does 100% accurately mean in this context? You use percentages for when you have a set of data you're tracking successes and failures on, it doesn't mean anything to say you 100% accurately predicted a one time event.

No, companies make too much profit from their modified food and are able to bribe politicians with lobbyists and donations to their campaign funds. There also isn't any evidence that they're bad for you to spite extensive testing.

Genetically modifying humans bans might happen, but I think people are too scared that if they ban it, some other country will do it and get a massive advantage.

What would an observe actually experience?

We only talk about going forwards or backwards in time because of how our language works.

Chinese actually go down in time. If some system wrote upwards, they'd probably go up in time. And there are Peruvians who say the future is behind them, so they're going back in time when we go forward.
