Help I think I broke the handbrake on my dads car.

I agree. Visually a person can do whatever they want in order to express themselves. The ONLY area where I feel a need to disagree is extreme stance, as it compromises the vehicle, and effectively breaks it. Lowering a car is completely fine, and can improve efficiency, but that takes it to another level.

Got into an accident today.
It wasn't a major one. Her mirror managed to make that white line on the side, but I think I can remove that off with a magic eraser. Most of the damage went to the running board(thing you step on to get in the car). I'll have to see if I can continue to use it as it was coming off. Her car had a small dent in the front side.
I'm not sure what to do right now. We both gave our side of the story to the police. He told us he'll have made his decision by the end of the day and that a police report will be given after 5 days.
Here's my side of the story: I'm driving down the road, I see a car parked on the yellow medium(it's a big medium enough to fit a car). As I get closer, she manages to make a sudden wide, right turn(no turn signal), and hit my car.
Here's her side: She says I was speeding and she was making a regular turn and I cut her off and she hit me.
I think the police officer was siding with her more. As while I was saying my story, he said something like "oh if you saw the car parked on the yellow medium even if I had assumed it was broken down or whatever, why did you continue straight through". She also brought in another guy who wasn't at the time of the accident to help her out.
I'm not sure what to do. I'm not sure what to do if he says I'm 100% at fault given how he it felt like he was siding more to her. Is it wort disputing at court, given that the damage wasn't extensive or should I bite my tongue and pay the tickets and have insurance fix her car? Fuck, this is the first accident I've been in.

Using this picture, her car is on the median. I am driving on the right. As I approach, her car makes a sudden turn into the bakery on the right side of me, without signalling or anything, and hits me.
Her story is I was speeding through that lane(speed limit is 35 mph), and I hit while she signaling and turning.

Mr MegaFat cannot legally drive then. A clearance is required for the airbag to deplay. If Mr MegaFat had hit those parked cars, you would have been sued by him or his family to take care of him for the rest of his life due to physical damage from your airbag.
Because you consented to have him in your car as the driver, you have legal responsibility in the lawsuit. It was lucky he didn't hit any parked cars to set off your airbags.

I've always been a tinkerer. Models to computers to cars. Had no real interest in cars until I got my license. The fact that I don't trust business tended to push the "enthusiast" aspect of cars, and it started with doing basic maintenance.

Didn't know how much oil to put in the engine for my first oil change on our family's minivan. The lawn mower took one quart so I put one quart in the van. Drove it around the block and the oil light wouldn't go off. I was at least smart enough to drive back and ask my dad what's wrong. Engine didn't seize, they still have it to this day.
