What's the best year to get a Mustang that's not brand new and super expensive but not old and obsolete?
I've got a 2006 GT but it's really underpowered compared to now and it's body style has aged like shit now that new shapes are out.
What's a good compromise year and model?

I work at a shop. We use Valvoline filters. We have about a dozen customers with non-Japanese cars that have 400k+, at least three of which are Chrysler products.

HELP ME CHOOSE A FUCKING CAR
I don't know what car to get. My budget is $13-15k. Not cash though I'm gunna get it through a dealership so I can build credit.
The car I'm leaning towards is the corolla but all I hear is that I'm gunna be bored as shit driving that car after a while no matter how reliable it is.

I have one that is a keeper in the garage.
My "beaters" i tend to replace them when they start to get tired. I like to buy used cars so i buy them when they are like 5 years old and low milage and replace them after ~10years or if i find a good deal with a car i like

UK car amateur enthusiast.
Really want to give it a go with my first project car. Been researching good tool sets to buy and pretty happy there. Just haven't managed to settle on the car.
I'm aiming to pay £500 ish for the car in the first place and have found a few. But I wanted to know /o/'s opinion.
Favourite contender right now is a Peugeot 205 1.0 XE. Pretty good knick, was wondering for a first time would it be feasible to get it up to at least gti spec?
