Every minivan I see entering a roundabout.
>Better slow down to 3mph here
>Gotta tap the brakes here when the turn gets sharper too, just to be safe
Every minivan/suv/crossover going for a left or right turn
>light is green/no oncoming traffic
>better come to a complete stop and turn as slowly as possible

Is he too scared to restore one before moving on?
>>17808153
Is he saving them to part out in the future or is he making one patchwork 356?
>>17808184
he's probably parting them out.
Guys, I was looking at buying this '99 NB Miata. It's in great condition except when I went to plug into the OBDII, I found this janky ass thing above the fusebox instead. I can't find anything about it in the service history. Any ideas?
>>17808148
i didn't know michael j fox browses /o/
Looks like a box with fuses in it like, maybe we should call it a fuse-box?
Yeah!
When you find a mysterious block box that's been nigger-rigged into the car, it's usually either a remote start or an alarm. You'll have to trace the wires to be sure.
Smaller chance it's some kind of tracking device or part of a DUI disabler.
hey /o what are your thoughts about the new Si?
Yes.
When did hot compact cars turn into large sedans? I remember when the performance trim Civic, Golf and Focus were all small 2-doors.

Looks like an alright SUV.

2005 350z. Slightly boosted, was wanting advice on how to increase downforce. Can really only think of a spoiler, any recommendations?
>>17808017
Front lip splitter
>>17808017
a spoiler ontop of the spoiler.
Front splitter and as flat a floor as possible to a rear diffuser.
Will be the best way to get downforce without drag.
The other best ways to get effective downforce and increasing aerodynamic efficiency without drag are to vent the fenders and to use canards to direct air where it should go

Anything American. Impala, Malibu, Charger, Challenger, 300. It will be cheap to maintain and last you for 10 years no probs.
If you want something more fun, you would look at a 2012 or older Mustang or Camaro.
Other than that you're looking at base model C Class or BMW 3 Series or Audi A4 from 2013 or older, aka the old body styles, which will go out of date in the next year, when all the cars are updated. Not a bad buy even if that happens, but maintenance will be a little more expensive on these, although they're pretty bulletproof.
Id recommend the Impala or the Charger.
>>17807946
Mustang. Spend 4K on the car because you'll need the rest for a different car when you crash the mustang showing off to some worthless college whores.
Can someone help me identify this car please?
some kind of giant sedan?

What are your favorite brands and products for visual cleanliness of your vehicle?
Im fairly satisfied with sonax products, but I seem to go through rim cleaner waaay too fast, also most of their things are scented, which Im not a great fan of, interior cleaners especially.
Shampoo, wax, sealant, rubber and plastic, interior, leather and cloth upholstery, glass products all welcome.

Should I /o/? Cosmetics are a non-issue. What could be causing the acceleration problem? I was gonna offer 1100 or 1200. Trying to find a replacement for my S10 that blew 2 head gaskets and broke a rocker. Upgrade or downgrade?

Fix your s10 for $100 and an afternoon
>>17807033
It would be 100-200 just to fix the rocker, since the stud broke and is stuck in the head. Another gasket would be about 50 bucks. I dont feel its worth it for a 2.2L. If it was the v6 maybe
>Volvo 850
I've recently discovered the existence of these, and I'm finding myself really interested.
is there some things to know about volvos should this interest lead to me buying one?
I may not buy an 850 specifically, I'm also looking at s60's, s70's and V70's, if manual and turbo.
>>17807910
Buy one, or do a me and drive 4.5 hours to buy a 940 wagon. Turbo 4 cylinder rwd. You'll love yourself anon.
S/V 60/70 are ford era and are fwd shit. 850 is the last real volvo, but apparently has some issues with electronics. They tried to put new fancy stuff in it, something volvo wasn't good at. Their speciality was old, proven technology optimised for current day use.
>>17809114 is right. Get a turbo 940, the "high" pressure turbo version. Low pressure one has practically same max power as the n/a (but way better torque at low rpms)
Last 960 / original v90 are straight six, but if I'm correct they only came with autotragic and no turbo option.
Put some stiffer springs and shocks on the 940 and you have a pretty fast car
>>17809114
>>17807910
Do this, 9 series is peak volvo, 8 was the beginning of the end
