SEAKING SEAKING SEAKING
hey /o/. i need yall's help. i'm thinking about buying a Chrysler Town&Country 2nd gen from a friend. it has a 3.8 litre v6. it's transmission is broken but i have a working transmission from an identical Chrysler Voyager which has a 3.3 v6. the question is, does the trans from 3.3v6 go on a 3.8 v6?
The 3.8 is just the 3.3 bored and stroked out half a liter larger and should share the same mounting points for everything; there were a number of trannies available on the minivans but IIRC both the 3.3 and 3.8 had the same 4-speed auto as the only option available.
There's still a chance something might not match up properly, it being Chrysler and all, so do some Googling around and see if anyone else has done it yet.

ok, thanks for the information

They will work but they had different transfer gear ratios. You can easily swap them by accessing the panel on the side that is shaped like an 8.
A STARTER CAR!?

You'll learn to wrench REAL quick.

Who /ecochampion/ here? Apparently 26MPG avg is ecochampion tier for Ford, lel
Does it play dubstep when you keep 30 mpg up for 10 consecutive miles?
According to my trip computer I get 39.2 mpg average.

I've got an old Forester with a dying A/T. Best I've ever done is 26 rolling down Donner Pass with my brakes on fire.
Ausfags, my dash/interior is ugly as shit, car is ef falcon, same as pic, is there anything I can do apart from swap a fairmont or xr dash into it? Fuck plastic. Seriously. Leather would be nice.
>>17813523
Buy a different car.
Falcons had shitty interiors up to the FG.
So does this thing being called a commodore trigger the Australian?
Or maybe this, how does this make you feel?
So /o/ what is your go to method to sabatoge someone else's car? Cutting break lines? Suger in the gas tank? Potato in the tail pipe? Or maybe just a good old fashion turd in the air filter?
>>17738752
Stab tires, break glass, mix up plug wires, steal battery.

Do any of you B/o/s have a "street track" or a specific place for illegal racing, whether it be drag racing on a long stretch of road or track oriented racing on some abound road with turns an such. Pic related. This is my spot, it's a road that loops around an industrial complex and is roughly 3km long. It is always dead around 12am-3am with no cops and other drivers insight.
Live near an industrial area. One stretch of road that is perfect for quarter-mile so people go to drag race there.
I´m still looking for something, where I live is a short mountain track, but you can´t see if anyone is driving uphill and the corners are incredible tight.
>can´t use full power of 68hp shitbox
>>17813250
Yeah but they get busted every other weekend on Forney Rd in Dallas, so there's really no point in bothering half the time.
I always wanted to use this area but assumed it wasn't wise.
Is it better to go fast over speed bump or slow?
slow, but accelerate over them
i slow down to at least 10-15
Also how fast can go over sped bump cus should not make a difference between fast and slow cus bump is same??
Just posting best car.
>>17813151
>best car
>Post shit car
hmmmmmm
I'll start.
Best of the 90s.
>pull emergency brake
>it's not an emergency
But it's not called the emergency brake, it's called the Parking brake. Almost all cars have a "P" for the indicator when it's on.
>>17813126
>turn on fog lights
>there is no fog
>>17813126
>not stepping on the emergency brake thinking its the clutch
fordpls wtf is this shit 2bh
Does anyone else like to drive on the wrong side of a 2 way street and play chicken with the oncoming cars? I like to see if I can make them fully stop out of their innate fear of my driving ability.
I only do this at night btw so I don't get pulled over
>>17813117
you ever get followed after doing that? or maybe then realizing that it's a cop in front of you
>>17813124
Nah they probably are impressed so they know that I could lose them in a second if they tried to follow. I don't do it for long stretches, when I see a car coming in the distance I ease over on their side. Once they get up close and try to get out of the way I usually flick towards them to try and get them to stop like a retard
>>17813150
can't do that in Florida, too many drunk drivers
