As the most effective ways have been listed (splitter, flat floor, rear diffuser, wing/spoiler, carnards, vented fenders) there are some thing that only do little like rims designed to suck air from underneath the car, resulting in a lower pressure underneath. However this may counteract a rear diffuser. If you use a large rear wing/spoiler you can make your exhaust dump the fumes behind the wing to reduce drag or have the pipes lead upwards which also creates a downward force. This effect will however also be rather small unless your engine is boosted to hell and back.
