Easier to just think of them in the periods they are released. Or different incarnations used to tell a different story.

I like to think that Harlock is a very popular name in space and we just notice the 1% who happen to become pirates.
Same for the ship's name. There are hundreds of other pirates who though that name was cool, we just don't see them.

That sucks. Battle Operations was the most GOAT gundam game ever made. No other game allowed you to capture the terrorism aspect of the shows and let you have shootouts before jetpacking to your MS.

Yup. I think those of us that occasionally played Battle Operation were shocked by how they just threw out everything when they threw up their temporary beta.

Sad that they shut down Battle Operation entirely though. Would've been nice if they had stripped out the paid features and left a skeleton crew of servers up so that people could continue playing it for a bit. Oh well. If it were a PC game we'd have a private server by the end of the year, but alas.

Toriyama at his best. Dr Slump and Dragon Ball (the first series) are bar none his absolute best anime shows. The show is funny as hell and Arale is a great character.

You are tasked with assembling a team of 5 riders from the multiverse to fight an evil alternate reality Super Sentai. The sentai have conquered their own galaxy, and all that is just and good in the universe has reached out and plucked up a team of riders, known for their deep running values and love of justice, to try and save this reality.

*Rules*
Each poster provides their design for their own totally original Rider concept as well as a brief backstory. Should include their weapon and a description of their theme. Your theme does not have to be 100% original, but if you reuse a previous rider's theme, add some spin to it. Best 5 become the defenders of the multiverse.

My Rider is mad max inspired, with everything made of junk and what not. He is dark and brooding, coming from a world where justice is scarce, and people can rarely afford to do the right thing. So he became as strong as he possibly could, so that he could be everyone's justice, that he could do the right thing for everyone. He is slow to judge villains, and remorseful at defeating them.

His main weapons are Scrap Sword, and Scrap Blaster, a rusty looking short saber, and a junky looking pistol. He can combine the two (The pistol grip folds down to make the handle of the sword) to make Scrap Saber, a long sword that can still shoot bolts.

His Rider Machine is the Iron Scrapper, a dirt bike with plates of rusted metal and wood pinned on for armor.

Read manga, but be aware that it gets kinda shitty after it got moved from shonen jump to tv magazine in the middle, but it does start out great.

Follow it up with the Great Mazinger and Grendizer manga. They're okay, nothing too special.

Then watch Mazinkaiser, Mazinkaiser SKL, Robot Girls Z and plus, and finally Shin Mazinger.
