the majority of people transitioning at any given one of those ages will eventually be able to pass without issue to cis people (/tttt/ definition of 'passing', where even the most knowledgable fellow tranny could never tell, is probably a spook), this is obviously easier for the earlier ages in that someone with 'bad genetics' at 15 is going to have them a whole lot worse by 25 (and worse again by 35, 45, 55)
generally the point where 'completely passes to cis people' becomes an impossibility for even the hardest worker is somewhere in the early 30s

I'd say either explain the situation from early on and openly discuss it or let the relationship grow first, have some vanilla sex for a while and then see how things go.
It is important to be honest, and also to try and figure out who, of the people you meet, might be open to this: you can't create a whole relationship on kinks, but you need to decide whether it is a necessary condition for someone to be open about them
