i think you greatly overestimate the number of older trans women who transitioned in their teens
i'd throw a kay brown picture in there because she transitioned at 18 in 1975 when that was freakishly early and aged pretty abysmally, but i don't have any good images of her when she was young though i could probably hunt one down

Most MTFs who started in their teens in the 70's and 80's dies in the AIDS fiasco, so there aren't a lot of older non hons.

I knew a 60 year old mtf a while back. She transitioned around 18. Of course back then that just meant a ton of E and there weren't many surgery options. Anyways she just looked like a regular old grandma. I didn't realize she was trans until she said she was.

She did have a somewhat masc voice but because she's so old i just didn't think anything of it. Sounded like an old voice more than anything.

I wish i had some pictures. If she's still alive she must be kicking around this town somewhere. She was on heavy dialisis back then though so i kind of doubt she made it this long.

generally somewhat better than cis women, given as we have a steady level of Estrogen in our blood for the rest of our lives whereas cis women go through menopause

Oh i almost forgot to mention the old trans lady talked a lot about the aids epidemic. Its unbelivable how many people died from that. She said she went to tons of parties back in the day and within a few years it was just all gone. So many people died or went back into the closet. She didn't see the gay community bounce back until well into the 2000 and by then she was too old to relate.

Theoretically, more consistent hormone levels could let them age slightly more "gracefully" than normal women, however, if they started transition late enough to develop some masculine skeletal features then those could become more visible as the skin sags with age.

though i've heard people say brown aged pretty horrifically too (rv-chan goes as far as to claim brown must be agp solely because she has a 'large frame', apparently not noticing the large frame in question is fat)
but yeah, aging is shit, most of the better outcomes seem to have had a lot of plastic surgery
it's also worth considering that ffs did not exist until the late 90s, so long-term post-transition women you see today will not have had ffs and that'll impact the aging process (making the masculinities they had more obvious)
