I'm so LOW ENERGY it takes all I got just to complete my workout, then I'm finished for the day. I'm stuck with an effeminate body, I hate looking like a girl, DON'T tell me I need to try to diet/gym harder! All my effort, and yet I'm more effeminate than many of the traps and femboys who TRY to look like girly! People are quick to tell even overweight transgirls to start HRT ASAP, even though their androgens should make losing weight easier, but people in my position who eagerly want to gain weight (I only want to achieve a healthy weight, that's it!) are told to "just try harder, faggot." Why can so many people who want to be girls be naturally manly without trying, and then an AMAB who WANTS to look male, cannot do so?! It would be easier for me to stop lifting so hard and then I'd look even more girly. Fuck my shitty hormones! Look at how much I'm whining, I'm PATHETIC! HELP me stop being like this! I only have energy right now because I took a double dose of a PWO, I could never write a post like this otherwise!

What do I do?
Book an appointment with a normal doctor to get a reference to an endo? Would they take me seriously? What do I tell them to be taken seriously? Is just being honest enough? Should I tell them I hit all the symptoms of low t, which is true?
What if the ensuing medical expenses reveal nothing extreme enough to warrant the treatment I desire? I feel lethargic as shit almost every day, I want to feel how a 22 year old should! Please help, THANKS!
