I do not know which one is worse, spiegel or zukowski. Zukowski makes people look like monsters and yet his autogynephilic patients highly recommend him and rave about him. Talk about having delusions. Yet, look at this picture from Spiegel. How in the fucking world someone is going to make an informed decision from this stupid before and after comparison? In the after picture, this tranny has 90% of his face covered by hair, in the before picture there is a full frontal view, in the after one, he is 3/4. In the after picture, he is further away from the camera. Really? Give me a fucking break. And people are so fucking stupid as to say "WOW, what a difference". Show me a fucking picture full frontal view with all the hair pulled up, and then we see if there is a difference.

i'm going anonymous on this one since i feel pretty stupid. i was very vocal about ffs and highly recommended my surgeon. to make a long story short, last night i saw a friend who moved to another state 3 years ago, right after my ffs. she is transgendered too and was going to go to my same doctor. she pointed out that my jaw and chin grew back since she last saw me three years ago and at first i didn't believe her, then looking at pictures, i realized she was absolutely right. i have not gained any weight, if anything, i lost a few lbs in these years. reading here and there, i read that the masseter muscles that they cut in ffs regrow and that chin and jaw burring is temporary since the body thinks there is a damage and heals itself by creating more bone. i sent an email to my surgeon and they said i have to see him in person (can't afford flying to another state right now) i am so depressed and feel so stupid i have been crying non-stop. i've been sirred quite a lot lately and my therapist said it was probably due to other factors and not the face, but now i am thinking is the face. help, anybody else feels ffs was temporary? Also, my lip is very long again, lip lift lasted only 6 months

the majority of trans women are agp and the majority of trans women make successful transitions
you know if you're trans by whether you feel dysphoria or not, being agp does not negate sex discordance at all
